  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 cups thinly shredded red cabbage
  • 2 cups thinly shredded green cabbage
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons SideDish Southwest Dressing
  • 1 lime (squeezed)
  • 4 burrito-sized tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons SideDish Southwest Dressing
  • 2 large avocados (sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded goat cheddar cheese
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, and cumin.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook chicken tenders for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown. Let rest before slicing.
  3. Shred red and green cabbage; slice red onion and chop cilantro.
  4. Assemble by layering sliced chicken, cabbages, onion, cilantro, avocado slices, cheese, and dressing on each tortilla. Wrap tightly.
  5. Serve with additional tortilla chips for crunch.
