  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Fresh cracked pepper (to taste)
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Thaw the puff pastry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well mixed.
  3. Cut the puff pastry in half and spread the filling on one half.
  4. Cover with the other half of the pastry and slice into even strips. Twist each strip into swirls.
  5. Brush with beaten egg wash and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 22-24 minutes or until golden brown.
