- 1 teaspoon salt (divided)

- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 ½ cups chopped fresh spinach
