  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet with space in between.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  5. Cut provolone cheese into circles and place on baked meatballs with an olive slice on top for decoration.
  6. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  7. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; heat marinara sauce separately.
  8. Combine spaghetti with marinara sauce and serve topped with eyeball meatballs.
