  • 1 lb sliced turkey sausage

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the sausage for about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
