  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 large egg
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberry filling by cooking strawberries with sugar and lemon juice until thickened. Blend until smooth and cool.
