  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 18 large basil leaves, julienned
  • 1 lb angel hair pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, basil, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let sit at room temperature for 4 hours to meld flavors.
  2. Cook angel hair pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain.
