  • pounds cubed potatoes
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 4 slices cooked Turkey Bacon, crumbled
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the cubed potatoes in a large pot of boiling water until tender (about 10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a frying pan, crisp the Turkey Bacon over medium heat. Remove bacon but keep 2 tablespoons of grease in the pan.

  5. Add the cooked potatoes and crumbled bacon to the pan; toss gently to coat everything evenly.
